RAW to tif done in Bibble Pro. Tone Curve - Colormetric, Workspace - Pro Photo RGB, Auto Level - off, Hightlight recovery - off, essentially everything off to get data across images as "flat and even" as possible.
Grain reduction in Neat Image. Grain reduction is not great at this point because of the images being so "flat" but it works pretty well and the is no other time in the workflow to do it. I have created profiles for my camera following the instructions for Neat Image.
Stitching done in PTgui. Created panorama 1/2 of whatever "Set Maximum Size" reports. For panoramas that I do it usually ends up at about 6400px by 3200px. I create a "Photoshop Large (*.psb)" file with blended and layers.
Fix moving items and flatten to tif in Photoshop. At this point I trim off bottom or top of image that are empty and record how much was taken off top and or bottom.
Stretch and boost contrast color in SilverFast HDR.
At this point I have a completed panorama in tif format in Kodak Pro Photo RGB. Usually about 100-120 megs. I use Picture Window Pro to sharpen the image to be used for QTVR. I also add to the top and bottom in black any trimming I did before adjusting the color. Finally, I use Picture Window Pro to convert to sRGB.
Lastly I create the VR using Pano2QTVRgui. I create for QuickTime and Flash.
